Kids City Update
By: Christian Walker
In Kids City, we spend four years studying the Bible from beginning to end in chronological order through the Gospel Project for Kids curriculum. We love GPK because it helps us teach our children that the Bible is one story and everything in it points to Jesus. Each week we learn how a specific story in scripture parallels or foreshadows Christ’s death and resurrection.
We’re just beginning our second full study of the Bible. We are learning that Jesus is Lord over all creation. Jesus, the Son, has always existed. The Bible says everything was created by Him and for Him, and He holds everything together. All of creation exists to bring God glory.
As you talk to your kids this week, help them discover who God is. Remind them that God created everything with a purpose: to bring Him glory. The Bible is the greatest story ever told and at the center of it all is the true hero: our Savior, Jesus Christ. This story changes everything.
