Spring Break 2023 Mission Trip

Student City is hosting a spring break mission trip to serve inner-city communities in Nashville, Tennessee from March 14th through March 17th of 2023. We are joining a missions organization who has hosted student trips in Nashville since 1998 called “City Serve Mission” or “CSM” for short as we live as “sent” by Jesus for three full days.

More Information

Who: Any 6-12th grader + Student City leaders
What: An overnight mission trip where students will be able to share the gospel with and serve various people in Nashville.
When: 8:00am on 3/14 to 11:00am on 3/17
Where: Parent drop off at the start of the trip and parent pick up at the end of the trip at Redemption City Church (415 Franklin Rd, Franklin TN). Housing at the CSM base in McKendree United Methodist Church (McKendree has no affiliation with CSM, just nice folks sharing their building): 523 Church Street, Nashville, TN. We will be traveling each day by van to various non-profits, churches, and schools for service work.
Why: Jesus has commissioned us to continue the work He started in making disciples, training leaders (which will be the students themselves for this trip), and feeding the hungry. This opportunity allows for all three to occur as students grow in their love for serving, the world, and multiplication. We are hoping students will see themselves as “sent” during this trip and after they return to be ambassadors of Jesus in Franklin.
